Currently, Iām Head of Technology Performance at British Red Cross, working on more joined-up, inclusive, and strategically aligned ways of working and building a culture of collaboration, clarity and curiosity. Before that I was at Citizens Advice, leading teams to design products and services for over 30,000 staff and volunteers.
